GHRT COUNTRY IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The implementation Lead role will be focused on supporting the countries within region in all of the planning and execution of the go live activities. In addition, this role will be focused on identifying and helping to resolve issues that may impact the go live dates.

POSITION SCOPE

The scope of this role includes all regional and country-specific activities associated with the implementation of the GHRT solution including the design and process activities.

Based in Jakarta. For duration of 2 years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Direct / Lead the Country and Operating Company Level Implementation leads
* Provide guidance and direction to regional GHRT Implementation Team
* Work closely with the Regional Program Leads to manage and direct implementation activities
* Continually evaluate and manage resources for optimal execution
* Work with change and communication to ensure critical messages delivered on time to the appropriate audiences
* Coordinate regional process owners for integrated execution of total solution at regional and country level
* Partner closely with any third party on system support
* Work with key stakeholders to transition from implementation to steady state
* Ensure that countries follow the implementation work plan development process for approved work plans
* Oversee regional measurement and monitoring of activity in the region to ensure implementation plans are developed and deliverables are met in accordance with planned timelines
* Ensure all identified processes are mapped and documented in local language as required using Process Excellence methodologies ensuring fully integrated process designs are in compliance with approved local HR policy and regulatory / legal environments
* Partner with regional Training / Documentation team to ensure end-user training strategy and execution effectively provides end-users the information required to understand their role and responsibility within each process and deliver the outcomes intended by each process
* Work closely with regional SG’s, Business Based Human Resources and Service Center teams to ensure process designs are consistent with the Service Delivery design principles and HR role definitions
* Work closely with regional change management and communication team to manage work stream change risks
* Ensure regional process team issues and scope change requests are managed rigorously and communicated to the appropriate parties

QUALIFICATION:

* 5 years experience as HR Generalist Practitioner preferably with multinational company background
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Possess experience in leading a planned change for the organization
* Willing to travel within Asia Pacific countries
* English is a must
* Exposures to Business Based HR concept is added value
* Able to lead and coordinate among HR leaders and Managing Directors of 4 Divisions within Johnson & Johnson
