SALES EXECUTIVE: Based in Indonesia
MAIN FOCUS:
To achieve responsible revenue growth. To build and strengthen business partnership with retailers, focusing primarily on strategic and key accounts. Primarily responsible to maintain a healthy relationship with assigned accounts.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Sell In – Futures Model
* Engage and follow through on Future program cycle and sales planning process
* Accountable for forecast planning
* Champion the correct usage of Nike-Supply Chain related applications and tools with the retailers
* 1st level of resolution for customer queries impacting revenue and margins
* Working closely with country sales operations to meet country’s targets for revenue and margins

Accountable to deliver seasonal sell-in to accounts during seasonal CSI including management of showroom and samples
* Assist Account Manager to drive a robust Account Review process with assigned key retailers
2. Sell Through – Market Knowledge
* Participate in Regional seasonal GTM
* Observe and provide market and competitor activity information by regular market/retail visits
* Monitor and provide feedback on execution of seasonal initiatives, assortment and distribution on the retail floor
* Obtain and analyze sell through data from accounts
* Propose and execute action plans to optimize opportunity and minimize risks that were observed during market/retail visits.
* Build and cultivate relationships with key retailer personnel
3. Others
* Seek new opportunities for new channel development
* Accountable in selling props and closeout to meet the business needs
* Assist or coordinate on team sales business
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 2-year degree
2. Successful track record in Sales
3. Experience in related industries.
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Able to write and speak effectively.
