Following our aggressive growth and expansion, we’re looking for highly talented person to join our winning team as:
Head of Internal Audit – Indonesia (Riau based)
Reporting to the RGM International Head of Internal Audit (based in Singapore); you will oversee the whole internal audit team in Indonesia (over 50 people in all around Indonesia).
# Min 12 years of working experience from either: External/ Internal Audit OR Accounting Finance OR Finance Controllership function.
# Min. Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accountancy from reputable university. MBA is highly preferred
# Excellent communication and language skill in English and Mandarin
# Strong leadership quality, Integrity, and detailed oriented
# Strategize and develop Internal Audit program and plan strategy
# Conduct audits in assigned areas in accordance with accepted audit standards
# Continuously provide information and recommendation to management in regards with findings and procedure improvements
# Provide occasional audit assistance to the external auditors & perform special reviews at the request of management
