Operation Manager
Qualifications :
· S1 Degree in Mining Engineering
· 10 years experience in Opencut Coal Operations Management and Projects
· Able to review the operational organization
· Able to identify and develop all operational procedures and all training required
· Responsible in design and construction
· Responsible to manage the process for tender, contract and mobilization of Mining Contractor
· Good communication in both written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills
· Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
· Computer literate (MS Office)
· Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
