RETAIL SUPERVISOR BOOK STORE
Job Overview :
* Manages the merchandising and operation of a specific department in accordance with company standards.
* Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus
* Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Retail Assistants and Cashiers
REQUIREMENTS :
* Retail experience specially in Bookstores
* Some College experience
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Work on the selling floor, requiring physical activity.
* Flexible schedule-our stores are open daily, which requires early morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability.
